Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 29, 2021, Craig D. Williams notified Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s board of directors, effective April 30, 2021. Mr. Williams’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
