Background	(1) Background TELA Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the state of Delaware on April 17, 2012 and wholly owns TELA Bio Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. The Company is focused on the commercialization and sale of OviTex Reinforced Tissue Matrix, which utilizes surgical reconstruction medical device technology licensed from a strategic partner and on the research and development of additional medical devices with this strategic partner and on other internally developed technologies. The Company’s principal corporate office and research facility is located in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
