ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 31, 2025, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the six months and quarter ended June 30, 2025. In addition, the Company issued guidance for the quarter ending September 30, 2025 and year ending December 31, 2025, in each case as set forth in the earnings press release.
