Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 9, 2023, the Board of Trustees approved a monthly dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on February 27, 2023 to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2023. On February 7, 2023, the Board of Trustees approved a monthly dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on March 27, 2023 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2023. On March 7, 2023, the Board of Trustees approved a monthly dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on April 25, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
