PART III - NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Wytec International, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense. In particular, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruptions in the Registrant’s normal interactions with its auditors and accountants. More specifically, Wytec’s accounting firm experienced multiple outbreaks among its employees with the Covid-19 virus and is unable to complete Wytec’s financial statements for review by our auditors. Due to remote employee conditions, the Registrant’s ability to complete and file the second quarter Form 10-Q prior to its due date is impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the Registrant. The Registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five days after its original due date.
