DEFERRED FINANCING COSTS

Deferred financing costs incurred to obtain financing are amortized over the term of the related debt. As of September 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, there were $5,360 and $-0-, respectively, of accumulated amortization of deferred financing costs.
