Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 17, 2021, Arcimoto, Inc. (the Company) temporarily suspend certain portions of its production at its U.S. factory located in Eugene, Oregon in response to a positive COVID 19 test of personnel at the production facility. All Company staff able to work from home will do so. It is anticipated that production will resume on Tuesday August 24, 2021.
