Four Springs Capital Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Registrant”), hereby incorporates by reference the description of its common shares of beneficial interest, $0.001 par value per share, to be registered hereunder contained under the heading “Description of Securities” and “Certain Provisions of Maryland Law and of Our Charter and Bylaws” in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form S-11 (File No. 333-261089), as initially filed publicly with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on November 15, 2021, as amended from time to time (the “Registration Statement”). In addition, all of the above-referenced descriptions included in any prospectus relating to the Registration Statement filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein.
