(1)	Amounts reflect the quarterly distribution rate authorized by the Company’s board of trustees per Class A share and per Class T share of common stock. The quarterly distribution on Class T shares of common stock is reduced by the distribution fees that are payable monthly with respect to such Class T shares (as calculated on a daily basis).


(2)	Distribution fees are paid monthly to Black Creek Capital Markets, LLC (the “Dealer Manager”) with respect to Class T shares issued in the primary portion of the public offering only. Refer to “Note 10” for further detail regarding distribution fees.


(3)	Gross distributions are total distributions before the deduction of distribution fees relating to Class T shares.
