On July 24, 2018, David J. Moore, an executive of the WPP plc group (“WPP”), notified Globant S.A. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company, effective immediately, in light of the recently completed sale by a subsidiary of WPP of all of its shares of the Company. Mr. Moore’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
