GENERAL ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – GENERAL ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS Freedom Petroleum, Inc. (“the Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S. on June 13, 2012. The Company originally intended to engage in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties. In April 2015, after reviewing the markets with investor appetite and management's duties to its shareholders, the Company determined to discontinue its oil and gas operation. Currently, the Company is exploring opportunities in the computer gaming and application industry. The Company’s fiscal year end is July 31.
