GENERAL ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – GENERAL ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS Freedom Petroleum, Inc. (“the Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S. on June 13, 2012. The Company is in the exploration stage as defined under Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC 915”) and it intends to engage in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties.
