NOTE 5 - CAPITAL STOCK

The authorized capital of the Company is 100,000,000 common shares with a par value of $0.0001 per share and 20,000,000 preferred shares with a par value of $0.0001.

During the period ended July 31, 2012, the Company issued 27,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of approximately $0.001 per share for total cash proceeds of $27,160.

Between December 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013 the Company issued 25,182,000 shares of common stock at a price of $0.0015 per share for total cash proceeds of $37,773.

There were 52,182,000 and 27,000,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of April 30, 2013 and July 31, 2012, respectively. There were no shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding as of April 30, 2013 and July 31, 2012.
