The Company’s potentially dilutive securities, which included stock options and RSUs, have been excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share since the effect would be to reduce the net loss per share. Therefore, the weighted average number of common shares outstanding used to calculate both basic and diluted net loss per share is the same. The following table presents potential common shares excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share for both the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016. All share amounts presented in the table below represent the total number outstanding as of September 30, 2017 and 2016.
