Preferred Stock

The Company was authorized to issue 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock with a $0.0001 par value per share as of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021. There were no shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding as of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021.

Common Stock

The Company was authorized to issue 75,000,000 shares of common stock with $0.0001 par value per share as of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021. As of March 31, 2022, the shares of common stock issued and outstanding totaled 18,034,584, excluding 84 shares subject to repurchases related to the early exercise of options to purchase common stock. As of December 31,

2021, the shares of common stock issued and outstanding were 17,928,748, excluding 334 legally issued shares subject to repurchase related to the early exercise of options to purchase common stock.
