On March 31, 2015, Kofax Limited issued a regulatory announcement reporting the cancellation of the listing of the Company’s shares with UK Financial Conduct Authority and associated trading on the London Stock Exchange. Shares will continue to be traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
