SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were available to be issued. Based on our evaluation no material events have occurred that require disclosure, except as follows: On May 20, 2024, the last completed / vacant home was leased for term on one year. On June 5,2024 and June 7,2024, the Company obtained certificates of occupancies of two homes.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
