OTHER INCOME	NOTE 6 - OTHER INCOME Other income for the nine months ended April 30, 2022 amounted to $69,000, primarily consists of release of liabilities from discontinued operations of $19,500 and from previously accrued expenses of $49,500.

Sources of nonoperating income or nonoperating expense that may be disclosed, include amounts earned from dividends, interest on securities, profits (losses) on securities, net and miscellaneous other income or income deductions.
