SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events through January 24, 2020, the date on which the financial statements are available to be issued. All subsequent events requiring recognition as of July 31, 2019 have been incorporated into these consolidated financial statements and there are no additional subsequent events that require disclosure in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events.”
