COMMON STOCK	NOTE 7 - COMMON STOCK Authorized Common Stock The Company has authorized 300,000,000 shares of common stock at par value of $0.001 per share. Each share of common stock entitles the holder to one vote on any matter on which action of the stockholders of the corporation is sought. Issuance of Common Stock During the six months ended January 31, 2019, the Company issued 1,250,000 shares to a consultant for a consulting service valued at $225,000, of which $178,125 was recorded as net assets from discontinued operation as of January 31, 2019. There were 79,792,286 and 78,542,286 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of January 31, 2019 and July 31, 2018, respectively. As of January 31, 2019 and July 31, 2018, the Company had no options and warrants outstanding.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
