RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As at January 31, 2016, the cumulative $271,788 in management fees earned by the Chief Executive Officer and the $55,131 in management fees earned by the Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the Employment Agreements were included as due to related parties. Included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities is $3,000 (July 31, 2015 – nil) in amounts due to companies with common management.
