RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As at October 31, 2015, the $86,780 in management fees earned by the Chief Executive Officer and the $34,725 in management fees earned by the Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the Employment Agreements was included as due to related parties. Included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities is $2,449 (July 31, 2015 – nil) in amounts due to companies with common management.
