ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

NOTE 1 -   ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

DIAMANTE MINERALS, INC. ("the Company") was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S. on October 26, 2010 as Oconn Industries Corp. On March 11, 2014, the Company changed its name to Diamante Minerals, Inc. The Company is in the process of acquiring, mineral properties for exploration and, if warranted, future development.

The accompanying condensed financial statements have been prepared by the Company without audit.  In the opinion of management, all adjustments (which include only normal recurring adjustments) necessary to present fairly the financial position, results of operations, and cash flows at January 31, 2015, and for all periods presented herein, have been made.

Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in condensed financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America have been condensed or omitted.  It is suggested that these condensed financial statements be read in conjunction with the financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company's July 31, 2014 audited financial statements.  The results of operations for the period ended January 31, 2015 are not necessarily indicative of the operating results for the full years.
