OTHER CURRENT LIABILITY	NOTE 3 – OTHER CURRENT LIABILITY As at April 30, 2014 and July 31, 2013, the Company was obligated to a former related party, for expenses paid for on behalf of and amounts advanced to the Company in exchange for a non-interest bearing demand loan with a balance of $10,090 and $990, respectively.
