SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855-10, Company management reviewed all material events through March 5, 2013, the date of available issuance of these financial statements and determined that there are no material subsequent events to report.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
