Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event Distribution Declared On October 27, 2014, the board of directors of the General Partner declared a cash distribution to our common unitholders of approximately $63,760, or $1.02 per common unit. The cash distribution will be paid on November 28, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2014.
