SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

These financial statements include a discussion of material events that have occurred subsequent to June 30, 2016 (referred to as “subsequent events”) through the issuance of these condensed consolidated financial statements. Events subsequent to that date have not been considered in these financial statements.

Corporate Activities

On June 27, 2016, New Residential’s Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2016 dividend of $0.46 per common share or $106.0 million, which was paid on July 29, 2016 to stockholders of record as of July 7, 2016.

Servicer Advances

On July 15, 2016, the NRART 2015-T1 notes with principal balance of $400.0 million were repaid in full, using proceeds from the $400.0 million of term notes with a maturity date of June 17, 2019 issued on June 30, 2016 (Note 11).
