6. TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES

As of June 30, 2022, the Company has accrued $1,577,500 for unpaid officers’ compensation expense in accordance with consulting agreements with our Non-executive Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Under the terms of each consulting agreement, each consultant shall serve as an executive officer to the Company and receive monthly compensation of $35,000. The consulting agreements may be terminated by either party for breach or upon thirty days prior written notice.
