 (1) The change in the carrying amount of intangible assets with indefinite and finite lives is the result of foreign currency translation adjustments.

Amortization expense on finite-lived intangible assets for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was $3.0 million and $2.5 million, respectively. Amortization expense on finite-lived intangible assets for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was $5.8 million and $5.1 million, respectively.
