Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events On March 30, 2017, as part of the supply network strategy, we announced an agreement with the Brazilian-based pharmaceutical company União Química (UQ) to sell our manufacturing site in Guarulhos, Brazil. The agreement also includes entering into a five-year manufacturing and supply agreement with UQ to begin upon closing of the transaction. We expect to complete the transaction during the second half of 2017.
