As of June 30, 2018, the Company has contributions from plan participants of $213,000 under the 2015 ESPP, which if converted, would be equivalent to 4,952 shares based on 85% of the stock price at the beginning of the offering period. As of June 30, 2017, the Company had contributions from plan participants of $130,000 under the 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which if converted, would have been equivalent to 11,216 shares based on 85% of the stock price at the beginning of the offering period.
