PART I – DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION

ITEM 1 – Distribution and Pool Performance Information.

The response to Item 1 is set forth in part herein and in part in Exhibit 99.1

The record date for distributions described in Exhibit 99.1 was July 31, 2014.

No assets securitized by AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. (the “Securitizer”) and held by AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2012-3 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties during the distribution period from July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014.

The Securitizer (CIK # 0001002761) filed Form ABS-15G on February 14, 2014.

PART II – OTHER INFORMATION

ITEM 2 – Legal Proceedings.

On June 18, 2014, a group of investors filed civil actions against multiple trustees, including Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in New York State Supreme Court purportedly on behalf of and for the benefit of certain private-label residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) trusts. These filings assert claims for alleged violations by the trustees of the U.S. Trust Indenture Act of 1939, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of duty of independence and/or negligence based on the trustees’ alleged failure to perform their duties as trustees for the related trusts.


On July 28, 2014, General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (the “Company”) was served with a subpoena by the U.S. Department of Justice directing it to produce certain documents relating to its and its subsidiaries’ and affiliates’ origination and securitization of subprime automobile loan contracts since 2007 in connection with an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice in contemplation of a civil proceeding for potential violations of Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989. Among other matters, the subpoena requests information relating to the underwriting criteria used to originate these automobile loan contracts and the representations and warranties relating to those underwriting criteria that were made in connection with the securitization of the automobile loan contracts.
