On May 1, 2023, Dan D. Sandman retired from his service as a member of the board of directors of MPLX GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”) and the general partner of MPLX LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“MPLX”), as required by the mandatory retirement policy set forth in the Governance Principles of MPLX and the General Partner.
