Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 17, 2020, Gregory S. Floerke was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Gathering & Processing, Trucks & Rail of the general partner of MPLX LP ("MPLX").

Mr. Floerke will continue to receive compensation and benefits materially similar to those described in MPLX’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2020 (the “2019 MPLX 10-K”). The biographical information and business experience of Mr. Floerke is also included in the 2019 MPLX 10-K, and those descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
