As of February 10, 2020, the Company has: (i) 41,324,976 shares of common stock outstanding; (ii) outstanding warrants (including the Original Warrants) to purchase 12,501,034 shares of common; and (iii) outstanding equity awards to purchase 8,781,615 shares of common stock issued pursuant to the Company’s equity plans. In addition, the Company has reserved an additional 3,076,622 shares of common stock for issuance pursuant to the Company’s equity plans.
