NOTE 10 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 10 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES *Litigation* The Company is not presently involved in any litigation. *Lease Obligations* At April 30, 2016, the Company does not have any capital leases. On January 3, 2016, the Company leased office space at $199 per month with no specified term. The lease is cancelable at any time by either party with 30 days’ notice.
