NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued. Based on our evaluation no events have occurred requiring adjustment or disclosure to the financial statements.
