NOTE 8. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 8. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES *Litigation* The Company is not presently involved in any litigation. *Lease Obligations* At January 31, 2016, the Company does not have any capital leases. As of April 1, 2015, the Company leases office space at $525 per month with a one-year term. The lease can be cancelled at any time by either party with 30 days’ notice.
