COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES *Litigation* The Company is not presently involved in any litigation. *Lease Obligations* At April 30, 2014, the Company does not have any capital or operating leases. The Company uses office space with a value of $300 per month that is contributed in kind by the Company's CEO.
