Intangibles consist of website development for the production of revenues. As of April 30:

Intangible assets are amortized over their useful lives beginning when placed in service. Amortization expenses were $1,438 and $1,325 for the years ended April 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. Estimated aggregate amortization expense is $1,200 for each of the next five years.
