NOTE 13 – SHARE REPURCHASE PLAN

On March 4, 2024, the Board of Directors suspended the common stock share repurchase program and DRIP in connection with its pursuit of the listing of its common stock on a securities exchange. During the years ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, we repurchased our own shares through our Share Repurchase Program and through third-party auctions as noted in the below table:
