NOTE 11 – SHARE REPURCHASE PLAN

On May 11, 2020, after assessing the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company’s board of directors unanimously approved the suspension of the Company’s Share Repurchase Program. As a result, the Company did not repurchase any shares during the three months ended December 31, 2020. The Company resumed the Share Repurchase Program on March 19, 2021.

During the six months ended December 31, 2021, the Company repurchased its own shares as noted in the below table:
