NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	SECTOR 5, INC. ("Sector 5" or the "Company") was incorporated in the State of Nevada on April 11, 2012. On March 18, 2016 there was a change in control of the Company as a result of a private sale of the Company’s common stock. The change in control includes plans to relaunch the Company to sell branded electronic products targeting the educational and consumer electronics markets.
