Equity Method Investments

As of March 31, 2021 and December 31, 2020, the Partnership’s ownership interest in Ohio Gathering was 38.0% and 38.2%, respectively. A reconciliation of the difference between the carrying amount of the Partnership’s interest in Ohio Gathering and the Partnership’s underlying investment per Ohio Gathering's books and records is provided in the table below as of March 31, 2021.
