Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a required report issued to holders of the 8 3/8% US dollar senior secured notes due 2017 issued by MU Finance plc, a subsidiary of Manchester United plc.  Red Football Limited is the parent company of the bond group and these accounts are to enable bondholders to make like for like comparisons with prior periods.  The report is the annual report and audited consolidated financial statements of Red Football Limited for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2013, which has been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
