Changes in Accounting Principle

As further reflected in Note 4 to the unaudited consolidated financial statements, the Company adopted Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") No. 2015-03, Interest - Imputation of Interest (Subtopic 835-30) (“ASU 2015-03”) during the first quarter of 2016, which simplifies the presentation of debt issuance costs.
