SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2025, the Company obtained, through foreclosure, a multifamily property in Dallas, TX, which it holds in the 2021-FL1 CLO. The associated loan was risk rated "5" and had an outstanding principal balance of $15.4 million as of March 31, 2025.
