COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Unfunded Commitments As of June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, the Company had $31.6 million and $16.0 million of unfunded commitments related to loans held in Hunt CRE 2017-FL1, Ltd. These commitments are not reflected on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheets. As of June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, HFC, an affiliate of the Manager, had $51.0 million and $55.4 million, respectively, of unfunded commitments related to loans held in Hunt CRE 2018-FL2, Ltd. These commitments are not reflected on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheets.
