SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	t 3, 2018, the Company announced the pricing of Hunt CRE 2018-FL2, Ltd., a $285 million commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation which will be comprised of 20 first lien floating-rate commercial real estate mortgage assets which, simultaneous with the closing of Hunt CRE 2018-FL2, Ltd., will be acquired from an affiliate of our Manager. The closing is expected to occur on or about August 20, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
