SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In August 2025, the Company obtained, through foreclosure, a multifamily property in San Antonio, TX, which it holds in the 2021-FL1 CLO. The associated loan was risk rated "5" and had an outstanding principal balance of $26.6 million as of June 30, 2025.
